Unveiling of Hirschfeld Exhibition

Kranzberg Studio (map)
Hirschfeld looked with an artist’s eye, but with a journalist’s intent, to capture Williams’ unique vision of life, merging literal details with the playwright’s poetic sensibility. Hirschfeld enriched and intensified the viewing experience, communicating volumes in a single stroke.

Curtain Call Lounge (map)
Tennessee Williams, outrageous and confessional, talks about his life, the theatre, the act of writing, his will to survive, his great loves: his sister Rose and his lover, Frank Merlo, and, finally, about the setting of his first masterpiece and his greatest emotional and mental crises.
